Shipping Methods

All orders are shipping first class mail unless they go over the one pound weight limit, in which case they will be shipped priority mail. All orders are provided with a tracking number upon shipment. Orders are processed as soon as possible - this usually means they ship out in about a week to 10 days.

FAQ

The customer is responsible for ensuring the mailing address provided is correct prior to submitting the order. Funky Monkey Children ships to the address provided in the order, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipment of return to sender packages due to incorrect addresses is possible at the customer's cost.

We are not able to combine shipping on multiple orders placed separately. If you need orders shipped to multiple addresses, please check out with each item separately so that the address supplied will be correct for each item. 

We are unable to change order details after an order is placed. We often begin working on an item very quickly after the order comes in, and we are not able to cancel orders once processing begins on the items. If you have issues with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of the order being placed.

Packages that are marked by the USPS as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. Please check with your neighbors, housemates, garage, porch, etc. Sometimes they are left by your postal carrier in strange places. Your local post office can check the GPS scan of the delivery and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down on our end as we do not have any more detailed information than what shows on the USPS website.

Packages that are lost by the USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non movement in the tracking. Refunds are not available due to lost packages.

NC residents are subject to NC sales taxes.

 

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If there is a mistake on our end (misspelling of name, wrong item, or defect) please let us know and we will work with you to fix the issue.
